Hey! My name is Mindy and I'm a twenty something English major at Angelo State University in Texas. I have my associate's in theatre and performing arts, which should be your first hint as to how obnoxious I am.

My days are spent watching Friends and thinking about getting in shape. When I'm not doing those things, I'm working as a substitute teacher here in my hometown. I don't think I particularly want to take up teaching as a career, but it's really fun being regarded as a grown-up by armies of children who have no idea you spent the entire weekend drinking chocolate milk and playing World of Warcraft. It's like being a really sad, really lonely superhero.

This blog is not to be taken seriously. You can expect to find plenty of ramblings and stories and very important opinions. I might even occasionally review some television, because I often find myself having no one to discuss my favorite shows with. If I can't rant about Queer as Folk to people that care, I might as well shout it into the void of my blogosphere, right?
